2、 请如实填写入院患者信息，办理入院要携带身份证、医保卡、现金及生活用品（如毛巾、牙刷、拖鞋等）。

3、请保管好私人物品，防止丢失。

住院须知

1、病人凭医师开具的入院登记卡，在住院处办理入院手续。

2、住院处护士指导病人或家属填写住院病人登记表，并按要求收取病人提供的住院信息资料（身份证、医保卡、结婚证、计划生育证明等）。

3、住院处护士录入住院信息，并指导病人在交纳住院押金后到相应的病区入院。

4急危重病人，不需通过住院处办理住院手续，由急诊室护士直接护送进入病区或手术室抢救或治疗；已进入临产的产妇宫颈口开大初产妇3cm,经产妇2cm,由急诊护士或妇产科医生直接送产房。待病人送到治疗科室后，接诊科室护士指导家属或陪同人员到住院处补办住院手续。
